For Robin Thomas, travel nursing was a great escape from the cold and dreary winters of Ohio. Just four weeks after she contacted Cross Country TravCorps she was working in sunny California. For Robin, the hardest thing about travel nursing was getting started and heading off on her own but the flexibility of a travel nursing career made up for that quickly.
